Private Beta Agreement

1. Purpose

Dial Ready Pro is an AI-powered training simulator that helps life insurance producers rehearse prospecting calls. This agreement governs your participation in the private beta.

2. Pre-release software

The private beta is pre-release. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Practice data, scores, and history may be reset during the beta period.

3. Training only

Dial Ready Pro does not place real calls and is not a live sales channel. All practice conversations are fictional interactions with AI-generated personas.

4. No real prospect information

You agree to use fictional information only. Do not enter real prospect names, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, medical information, Social Security numbers, financial or payment details, policy or application data, or any other confidential or sensitive personal information.

5. AI-generated content

Persona responses and coaching feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating all output before applying it in real prospecting.

6. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

Dial Ready Pro does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, carrier, underwriting, tax, or financial advice, and does not guarantee appointments, sales, commissions, income, or any specific outcome.

7. Your compliance obligations

You remain solely responsible for complying with your agency, carrier, state, federal, and industry requirements, including licensing, Do-Not-Call and TCPA rules, disclosure obligations, and record-keeping.

8. Confidentiality and restricted use

You may access the private beta solely to evaluate Dial Ready Pro and provide feedback. Nonpublic beta information—including unreleased features, personas, scripts, prompts revealed through use, training doctrine, coaching content, scoring methods, workflows, interfaces, pricing under evaluation, and product plans—is confidential.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to:

(a) share your account, access credentials, or private-beta links;

(b) publish, disclose, distribute, reproduce, scrape, record, or commercially exploit confidential beta information or materials;

(c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover nonpublic prompts, scoring logic, system instructions, source code, architecture, or underlying methods; or

(d) use confidential beta information or materials to create, train, improve, assist, or promote a competing product or service.

These restrictions do not apply to information you can demonstrate was publicly available through no breach of this agreement, lawfully obtained from an independent source without a confidentiality obligation, or independently developed without using Dial Ready Pro's confidential information or materials.

9. Ownership and limited license

Dial Ready Pro and its owner retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its original branding, personas, training content, coaching framework, workflows, software, and other proprietary materials. Beta participation grants you only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for evaluation and feedback. No ownership rights or other licenses are transferred.

10. Feedback

You may share feedback, suggestions, or bug reports at any time. You grant Dial Ready Pro a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the product, without obligation or compensation.

11. Data handling

Your account data, practice transcripts, and coaching feedback are collected, stored, used, and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before participating in the private beta.

12. Access and termination

Beta access may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time, including for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Use. You may leave the beta at any time by requesting account deletion in the app.

13. No warranty; limitation of liability

The private beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dial Ready Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from beta participation.

14. Relationship to other terms

This agreement supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Billing Policy. If a conflict arises regarding beta participation specifically, this agreement controls.

15. Updates

If this agreement changes materially, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the beta.

16. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
